Your Sleeporium pillow arrives vacuum-packed to protect it during shipping.
Once you open the package, give it 24-48 hours to fully expand and reach its optimal fluffiness. A few gentle fluffs can help speed up the process. Think of it as your pillow waking up from its own deep sleep!

It’s normal for memory foam products to have a slight, temporary smell when first unpacked. This is simply due to the foam being vacuum-sealed for freshness.
Just remove your pillow from its packaging and leave it in a well-ventilated room for 24/48 hours — the smell will naturally disappear.

Your Sleeporium Custom Cloud Adjustable Pillow is filled with shredded memory foam pieces, all contained within an inner cover (or inner bag). This design allows you to easily customise the pillow to suit your personal comfort level. Here’s our guide:

Back sleepers: Start with 60-70% filling for gentle neck support
Side sleepers: Use 80-90% filling to keep your spine aligned
Stomach sleepers: Try 30-40% filling for a softer, flatter feel

Your pillow features a bamboo outer cover that is soft, breathable, and naturally hygienic.

1. Outer cover: Only the bamboo outer cover can be washed. Remove it, turn it inside out and machine wash on a gentle cycle according to the care label.

2. Drying:Do not tumble dry. Always dry the outer cover flat to preserve its shape and fabric quality

3. Inner bag / foam pieces: Never wash the foam pieces, as water can damage memory foam. If needed, spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then air dry completely.

4. Fluffing: After cleaning, gently fluff and redistribute the foam to maintain shape and comfort.

Absolutely! Both the CustomCloud Pillow and the Memory Foam Neck Pillow are designed to support all sleeping styles. Absolutely! Standard pillowcases fit perfectly over the soft outer bamboo cover, helping to keep it cleaner for longer. If you have the king-size version of the pillow, be sure to use a king-size pillowcase for the best fit.

With proper care, your Sleeporium pillow should provide you with comfortable sleep for 1-2 years. We recommend replacing pillows regularly to maintain optimal support and hygiene. If you notice your pillow losing its shape or support before then, get in touch with us.

If your pillow is unopened and in its original packaging, you can return it easily through Amazon’s standard returns process.
